How to measure

Height: Measure from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet.

Shoulders: Measure the space between the shoulder tips across the upper back.​

​Chest: Measure under the arms and around the fullest part.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.

Sleeves: Measure from the shoulder tip to the wrist. The arm should be relaxed, not bent.

Pants length (outer seam): Measure the distance from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem at the outer side of the leg.

Can I return my custom order for alterations or refund?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges and do alterations as well. Please do note the additional fee for a custom fit is not refundable.

Can I order fabric samples?

You can order up to 10 free samples here: Fabric Samples Order

How long does it take to ship?

Custom designs are made to order and the overall time to receive the order, is the manufacturing time plus shipping. We a rush order option for an additional fee for extra fast order processing (1-2 days). Please note the rush order fee is not refundable.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We offer free express shipping via our trusted logistics partner DHL in the European Union, United States and Canada. Shipping costs for other destinations vary. Note if it’s made to order, there is an additional waiting time, because the item will be individually made for you. You can choose the rush order option for an additional fee to expedite the order.

Returns
We accept returns for most products, including custom fit, monogrammed and custom design. Products can be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. That means you can post the return within this period. We offer free returns within the European Union. Use the contact form to register a return with us.

For hygienic reasons, sleep masks and boxer shorts can’t be returned. Please note custom fit and rush order fees are not refundable.
