Then, submit your design. We will review your design, discuss any follow-up questions with you and once we're all set, we will send you a purchase link on our website.

Made-to-Order and Custom-Made Goods Return Policy

For made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days, but fees for monogram embroidery, custom fit, and length adjustments are non-refundable. Additionally, if your order includes three or more items, a 40% restocking fee will apply.

For custom-designed goods created using our custom design tool or with add-ons such as changes to trim, lining, etc., all sales are final and these items are excluded from returns. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

At this time, we do not offer custom logo embroidery.

We offer a custom fit option for an additional fee.

However, we do not modify the actual sewing pattern of the dressing gown. The shape of the collar, sleeves, cuffs, pockets and belt cannot be modified and we do not add padding, slits, buttons and similar alterations.
