What products can be returned

We accept returns for:

  • all sizes,
  • custom fit,
  • monogrammed,
  • custom designed items
  • sale items

​The following goods are excluded from returns:

  • boxer shorts
  • eye masks

How to return products

The goods must be in original re-saleable condition and original packaging. The invoice, if available, must be inside the package. Any free gifts (if included) must be returned as well.

Please do not wear or use the products other than for the purpose of a quick try on to check size. Do not wear makeup or cologne or similar to avoid staining the products.

The return period for purchased goods is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. The return period expires after 14 days. Please follow the instructions below.

To return products for a refund, you must inform us with a clear statement about your decision. You do not need to state a specific reason for your return. You can use our contact form and choose the topic “I want to return my order” or send us an email.

We offer freen return shipping for all orders in the European Union.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise noted.

Due to the high value of our goods we would recommend that all returns are sent back using tracked mail, as we are not responsible for any returned items that get lost in transit. If the goods have been damaged in any way we are not able to offer any after-sales services. Goods that are damaged will not be accepted.

What happens after the return

If you return the products, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges, within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction.​

We may refuse to issue a full refund if:

  • product is not in original condition (worn, damaged, stained etc.)
  • the return period expired

Exchanges and alterations

​Should you be unsatisfied with your order, we offer the following free services:

  • alterations (for example shorten sleeve length)
  • exchanges (for example a different size)

We decide on a case-by-case basis if an exchange or alteration is possible and how long it will take to make. Please note we may not able to offer these services every time, for example if the product is sold out or the needed alterations go beyond the scope of what we can do.
