Contrary to common belief, we happily accept returns for personalized items. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your personalized item doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right. Your trust is invaluable to us. Rest assured, whether it's a custom fit, monogram or custom design, we're here to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Conditions for Returns

Your Products:

To ensure a smooth return process, make sure the items are in their original, like-new condition, and ideally in the original packaging. If you received any free gifts with your purchase, please include them in the return package. Quick tip: try on your items for size, but avoid wearing makeup or cologne to prevent any stains.

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Whether it’s a change of mind or a sizing issue, we’ve got you covered.

Note on Fragrances and Detergents:

Please be aware that once these items are opened, we regretfully cannot accept returns. We understand the excitement of unwrapping a new scent or detergent, but due to the nature of these products, we can only process returns for unopened items. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products for every customer. If you have any concerns or questions about a fragrance or detergent purchase, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Let us know! Inform us of your decision to return by sending a clear statement. No need to provide a specific reason.

Once you’ve messaged us about your return, simply pack up your items. No need to wait for our acknowledgment – we trust you! Ship your package using a method that suits you best.

International Shipping: When sending it back, choose the reason for export as “RETURN” for a smoother process.

4. Return Costs

You’re responsible for the return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

Important Tip: For added peace of mind, we recommend using tracked mail for returns. We can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit, and unfortunately, we can’t assist with damaged goods.

5. What Happens Next

Once we receive your returned products, we’ll speedily reimburse you, including those delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 days. We’ve got your back, using the same payment method you used for your original transaction.

Important Note: Custom Fit and Rush Order Fees

Kindly note that fees for custom fit and rush orders are non-refundable. These fees are integral to ensuring tailored and expedited services, and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded once processed. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions you may have.

Refund Refusal:

While we want to make returns easy, there are a few things to note. A full refund may not be possible if the product isn’t in its original condition (worn, damaged, stained, etc.), or if the return period has expired.

Need Changes? We’ve Got You!

Unhappy with your order? No worries, we offer alterations (e.g., sleeve shortening) and exchanges (e.g., a different size). Each case is unique, and we decide on possibilities case-by-case. Some alterations may have a small fee, and please understand that we might not always offer these services, especially if the item is sold out or if alterations go beyond our capabilities.
