Standard Return Policy

For standard items that are in stock, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

This means the countdown starts the moment the package is delivered to you or someone designated to receive it on your behalf.

Items must be returned in their original condition, so we ask that you only try them on to check the size. To ensure the items remain pristine, please avoid wearing cologne, makeup, or anything that might leave marks or stains.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange if preferred.

Made-to-Order and Custom-Made Goods Return Policy

For made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days, but fees for monogram embroidery, custom fit, and length adjustments are non-refundable. Additionally, if your order includes three or more items, a 40% restocking fee will apply.

For custom-designed goods created using our custom design tool or with add-ons such as changes to trim, lining, etc., all sales are final and these items are excluded from returns. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand the importance of satisfaction with bespoke items and will work closely with you to address any concerns. Whether it’s an adjustment or another resolution, we’re here to help ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email or contact form team within 30 days of receiving your order. In your message, include your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we confirm your return request, please post the item back to us within 30 days.

Please note that returns initiated or posted after 30 days are not possible, and the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Overview

These are items crafted specifically for you once an order is placed. They may include minor customizations like monogram embroidery, custom fit, or length adjustments. While made-to-order items are returnable, fees for personalization (like monograms) are non-refundable, and a 40% restocking fee applies to orders of three or more items.

Custom Design:
Custom design items are fully personalized products created using our design tool or through additional customization options like changing trims or linings. Because these items are uniquely tailored to your specifications, all sales are final and these items are excluded from returns.

Add-On:
Add-ons refer to additional features or modifications you can select for your product, such as monogramming, specific lining choices, or other customizations. These add-ons make your item unique and are non-refundable.
