Right to Cancel
You have 30 days to change your mind and return your order. The 30-day period starts from the day you (or a third party you appoint) receive your goods. The goods must be in their original condition. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.

To cancel, just let us know by email (info@baturina-homewear.com) or send a letter. You can use our cancellation form at the end of the page, but it’s not mandatory.

You can return your items at your own cost, and they must be sent back within 30 days. To ensure a smooth return, please send them back in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging if possible. Returns via cash on delivery will not be accepted.

What should I do if my items are defective?

In the rare case that the goods you received are not as described or defective, please contact us immediately so we can help you.

Exceptions from returns

  • Custom Designs: Any fully bespoke items, where the customer created their own fabric combination or other significant modifications, are non-returnable.
  • Boxer shorts
  • Sleep masks

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll issue your full refund, including delivery charges (unless you chose a more expensive shipping option), within 14 days. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Made-to-Order Items: If your item is made to order the additional charges for customization (for example a custom fit or floor length) are non-refundable. Orders of 3 or more made-to-order items will incur a 40% restocking fee.

  • Rush Orders: The additional fee for rush orders is non-refundable.

International Returns
If you’re returning items from outside of Germany, please follow these guidelines:

  • Make sure the reason for export is marked as “Return” on your customs form. Otherwise, this will incur delays and additional fees at the customs office.

  • Any fees or taxes incurred due to incorrect customs declaration will be deducted from your refund.
