Shipping methods and costs
We ship via our trusted logistics partner DHL Express. Simply check available methods and delivery time estimates in the shipping calculator on the product page.
Made to order
Some products are individually made to order for each customer. This means there is a longer waiting time. The time it takes us to create your order is specified in the product as manufacturing time. You can optionally choose to purchase a rush order option for a fee, to expedite the order. Please note rush order fees are non-refundable.
Changing delivery address
The delivery address can’t be changed after the order has been placed. This is because the address you enter is tied to your payment method and we are required to ship to the same address. If you have already placed an order and wish to change the address, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with the different address. If the order has already been shipped you might be able to schedule a pick up at service point or forward it to a different address through the shipment carrier.
Customs duties and taxes
All orders placed outside of the European Union are subject to taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the customer’s country of residence. Baturina Homewear is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Baturina Homewear to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
The displayed prices are automatically adjusted based on your location. For customers in the European Union, all prices include 19% German VAT.
Non-deliverable shipments
In the case of shipments which are non-deliverable due to being neglected or having unpaid customs fees, the shipments will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct the customs fees incurred by the return shipment from the refund amount.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. We considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Baturina Homewear, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
