How long delivery takes
Christmas 2024
Dear customers, due to the great demand for our handmade products, our order queue is quite full and we do not guaratee delivery by Christmas anymore. This does not affect items that we have in stock (sale items, shoes etc.).
The regular manufacturing time is 6-8 or 8-12 weeks for our handmade products (as of November 5).
We may offer rush order options if our schedule allows it – please check the product page for currently available options.
In our sale section you can shop the items that we have in stock.

Baturina Homewear is located in Hamburg, Germany and all orders ship from here.
Please note, if your item is made to order, then there will be additional waiting time on top of shipping (manufacturing time).

Important information
Changing delivery address
The delivery address can’t be changed after the order has been placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change the address, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with the different address. If the order has already been shipped you might be able to schedule a pick up at service point or forward it to a different address through the shipment carrier.
Customs duties and taxes
All orders placed outside of the European Union are subject to taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the customer’s country of residence. Baturina Homewear is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Baturina Homewear to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
