We offer free express shipping via our trusted logistics partner DHL in the European Union, United States and Canada. Shipping costs for other destinations vary. Simply check available methods and delivery time estimates in the shipping calculator below the product. Note if it’s made to order, there is an additional waiting time, because the item will be individually made for you. You can choose the rush order option for an additional fee to expedite the order. Please note the rush order fee is non-refundable.

Our packaging is 99% plastic free.

Returns

We accept returns for most products, including custom fit and monogrammed. For hygienic reasons, sleep masks and boxer shorts can’t be returned. Products can be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. That means you can post the return within this period. We offer free returns within the European Union. How to measure

Height: Measure from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet.

Shoulders: Measure the space between the shoulder tips across the upper back.

Chest: Measure under the arms and around the fullest part.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.

Sleeves: Measure from the shoulder tip to the wrist. The arm should be relaxed, not bent.

Pants length (outer seam): Measure the distance from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem at the outer side of the leg.
