Standard Return Policy

For standard items that are in stock, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

This means the countdown starts the moment the package is delivered to you or someone designated to receive it on your behalf.

Items must be returned in their original condition, so we ask that you only try them on to check the size. To ensure the items remain pristine, please avoid wearing cologne, makeup, or anything that might leave marks or stains.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Note for international shipping: Any incurring customs clearance fees that result from the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Alternatively, we can offer an exchange if preferred.

Made-to-Order and Custom-Made Goods Return Policy

For made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days, but additional fees (for example monogram embroidery, custom fit, length adjustments) are non-refundable. Additionally, if your order includes 3 or more items, a 40% restocking fee will apply.

For custom-designed goods created using our custom design tool all sales are final and these items are excluded from returns. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand the importance of satisfaction with bespoke items and will work closely with you to address any concerns. Whether it’s an adjustment or another resolution, we’re here to help ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

Description

A quick and easy solution to get rid of small stains and blemishes, while preserving the fabric’s color and fiber. It’s even more effective when you apply it on fresh stains. Dr. Beckmann Original® instant stain removal pen lets you easily remove or prewash stains from food or make-up. The tip of the pen stays perfectly clean even after many uses.

Suitable for many types of textiles, except silk, wool and velvet.

How to use:

  • press the pen on top and pump enough cleaning liquid out
  • rub the tip of the pen carefully over the surface
  • dab off excessive liquid

Important notices: Keep out of the reach of children. Pay attention to the care symbols on the textiles. Check color fastness and material compatibility in advance on a concealed area. Suitable for color-fast and washable textiles, especially cotton. For intensive stains, place an absorbent white cloth (e.g. handkerchief) underneath. Less suitable for ink, pen and heavy paint stains. Not suitable for silk and dry-cleaned textiles. Do not expose treated clothing to excessive sunlight. A second application may be necessary.

Contents: < 5 % anionic and non-ionic surfactants, oxygen-based bleaching agents. SODIUM BENZOATE.

    What is your return policy?

    Standard items (not made to order) can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, with the customer covering return shipping costs. Made to order items are also returnable, but addtional fees for custom fit, or length adjustments are non-refundable. Orders with three or more made to order items incur a 40% restocking fee. Custom designs created with our design tool are final sales and not eligible for returns.

    Do you offer international shipping, and what are the costs?

    Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated in the cart and at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

    Can I get my order by a specific date (e.g., Christmas, birthdays)?

    Items that we have in stock typically ship on the same day or in 1-2 days, so we recommend to order a week in advance to account for shipping. During Christmas season, we recommend to order 2 weeks in advance, as shipping can be slower during this time.

    Made to order products: Due to the high demand and bespoke nature of our products, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates. We recommend placing orders well in advance to account for production and shipping times.

    Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Yes, we can accommodate changes to your order, but we recommend keeping adjustments to a minimum to avoid mistakes during production. If you need to make any changes, please write to us as soon as possible after placing your order.

    Orders can be canceled at any time, provided they haven’t yet shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but we can guide you on return options if applicable.

    Made to order clothing: Yes, all sizes from XS to 5XL are made to order, crafted by hand with the same care and attention to detail as custom-fit items.

    How do I determine the correct size for my order?

    We recommend using our size chart, which provides body measurements (not garment measurements!). If you have specific fit preferences or unique sizing needs, we also offer custom-fit options for an additional fee. Reach out to us with your questions to ensure the perfect fit.

    How long does it take to produce and ship made-to-order items?

    All our sizes, from XS to 5XL and custom fits, are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks or 6-8 weeks during busier times, with additional shipping time depending on the destination. Due to the bespoke nature of our items and high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates, such as birthdays or holidays. We recommend ordering well in advance.
