Where are your robes made?
All of our robes and pajamas are handmade in our studio in Hamburg, Germany. We don't outsource or mass-produce — each piece is crafted individually by our skilled team.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Yes. All of our robes can be tailored in custom lengths, and we offer sizing adjustments to suit your body type. You can also request design tweaks or fully bespoke pieces — just contact us for details.
How long does it take to make my robe?
Our standard production time is around 2–3 weeks, as each robe is made to order. If you need your robe sooner, we also offer an express option (7 business days) at an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Germany. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All packages include tracking and are securely packed with care.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with a variety of high-quality fabrics including velvet, pure cotton, mulberry silk, wool, jacquard, and fleece. Our materials are sourced from trusted European suppliers and selected for both comfort and longevity.
Can I personalize my robe?
Absolutely. We offer monogram embroidery on many robes, as well as fabric and piping customizations. You can also request unique combinations to create something truly one of a kind.
How do I care for my robe?
Most robes can be gently machine washed or dry cleaned, depending on the fabric. Specific care instructions are included with each garment. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us before washing.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery - even for made to order and custom pieces. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer alterations, exchanges, or a full refund. Please make sure the robe is unworn and in its original condition. Just contact us to begin the return process — we're here to help.
