Quality Takes Time: Details on Order Queue and Delivery

Thank you for choosing us. Our clothing is crafted for you, with each piece made to order, available in standard and custom sizes, with many more ways to personalize your order.

Due to high demand and our commitment to quality, there is a waiting list for each clothing item. This means your order will be part of a queue, resulting in waiting time.

Please note that this waiting time is not related to shipping but is a reflection of our dedication to delivering personalized, high-quality products.

Expect a longer waiting time during October to April. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to fulfill each order with care.

Changing delivery address

The delivery address can’t be changed after the order has been placed. This is because the address you enter is tied to your payment method and we are required to ship to the same address. If you have already placed an order and wish to change the address, we will cancel the order and you can place a new order with the different address. If the order has already been shipped you might be able to schedule a pick up at service point or forward it to a different address through the shipment carrier.

Customs duties and taxes

All orders placed outside of the European Union are subject to taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the customer’s country of residence. Baturina Homewear is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Baturina Homewear to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
