We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

General Returns Policy

• You can return stock items within 30 days of delivery.

• Please return items in their original condition (only tried on for size, no stains, scents, or marks).

• Return shipping is covered by the customer.

• Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue a full refund (including original shipping) within 14 days. Please note express shipping fees are not refundable.

• For international returns, any customs fees paid by us on your behalf will be deducted from the refund.

• Exchanges and alterations are also possible if you prefer.

Returns Policy for Made-to-Order & Custom-Designed Items 

• Returns are also accepted within 30 days.

• Good news: we do accept returns on items with monograms or custom fit/length adjustments! Any customization fees, however, are non-refundable.

• Orders of 3 or more items carry a 40% restocking fee.

• Fully custom designs made with our Custom Design Tool are final sale and not eligible for return. We know custom pieces are personal, so if something isn’t perfect, we’ll do our best to find a solution together.

• Rush order fees are not refundable.
